It is reported that Hundermark’s company was one of the companies that were to provide services to the university which never materialised even though they were allegedly paid. Hundermark will join Marcus, van Schoor and Spilhaus in the Specialised Commercial Crimes court sitting in Palm Ridge Magistrates court on the 04 December 2023 for docket disclosure. He was granted R10 000 bail.
