This year, two hotels in the North West have scooped a César Award. Across the region, The Inn at Whitewell, in the Forest of Bowland, bagged the César Award for the Best Pub with rooms. The manor house wowed inspectors with its “impressive food” from chef Jamie Cadman and “cheery welcome” from the Bowman family.
