Ohio State’s travel roster for this week’s game against Rutgers includes six different players from last week’s trip to Wisconsin.
Players who made the trip to Rutgers who didn’t travel roster to Madison are defensive end Omari Abor, quarterback Devin Brown, cornerback Jyaire Brown, safety Ja’Had Carter, tight end Sam Hart and cornerback Calvin Simpson-Hunt. Carter and both Browns were unavailable for the Wisconsin game due to injuries but have been cleared to return to action this week.
Buckeyes who made the trip to Wisconsin that aren’t on the trip to Rutgers are cornerback Denzel Burke, safety Brenten “Inky” Jones, defensive tackle Kayden McDonald, safety Lathan Ransom, quarterback Chad Ray and tight end Joe Royer. Burke, Ransom and Royer are alldue to injuries. McDonald, who saw playing time in each of Ohio State’s last three games, would burn his redshirt if he plays in another game this season.
