Friday is a big travel day as families head out of town for Spring Break.

Special needs child suffers cuts, bruises after he says teacher punched him in face for trying to perfect his homework– Houston airports are expected to see more than two million travelers passing through this Spring Break, and experts say Friday may be the busiest day.

Altogether, more than 2.3 million passengers are expected to travel through our starting this week until March 18.Melissa Correa with the Houston Airport System said that they implemented new procedures after taking a look at what travelers needed. This Spring Break, Correa says they have new digital signage that will help people, especially during the peak hours of 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Additionally, there will be Houston police officers and tow trucks available to help move any cars left at curbs or unattended.
