FAIRFIELD COUNTY, Ohio —The Fairfield County Sheriff's Office said sting operations were set up at hotels in Fairfield County after ads were placed online using websites known for advertising sexual services.

The sheriff said the undercover operations took place at hotels in Lancaster and Canal Winchester on March 1 and March 8. For example, during this sting, deputies arrested 56-year-old Ronald Griffin. The sheriff said he's a pediatric dentist from Lancaster. According to the Ohio State Dental Board, Griffin's license is active.
