PETALING JAYA: Hospital Sultanah Aminah Johor Baru has refuted claims that a patient received delayed treatment.
"The patient was registered at the Emergency and Trauma Department at 10.33pm and vital signs were taken at the Green Zone at 10.45pm. "The patient was then referred to the Orthopaedics Department at 4.10am," said the hospital in a statement released on X on Tuesday ."The patient was then given a follow-up appointment date on March 24, at 8am at the orthopaedic clinic," the statement read.The hospital said it was responding to a post on an X account which goes by @iqakhairuzamann on Saturday which went viral.
