GEORGE TOWN: Police will conduct inspections along the Butterworth Outer Ring Road near Bagan Ajam following viral videos depicting motorists parking chaotically, presumably to break their fast along the beach.
Deputy state police chief Deputy Comm Datuk Mohamed Usof Jan Mohamad said although they have not received any police report on the matter, police would act accordingly on the matter. "We will send our men and will take stern action against anyone who causes traffic disruptions," he told reporters after a press conference on police success in crippling two drug trafficking syndicates at the state police headquarters here on Tuesday .
