‘Keen to get on with the job’: King Charles tells royal aides to ramp up travel plans to Australia as he continues cancer treatment
Buckingham Palace revealed in a statement released in February that the 75-year-old’s cancer was discovered when he underwent a corrective procedure for an enlarged prostate at the London Clinic on January 26. Charles marked his first royal event since his diagnosis last weekend when he attended an Easter church service at St George’s Chapel in Windsor.
“He knows he can’t hang around and is feeling extremely positive after tests meant he could attend the Easter Sunday service and spend time meeting the public, which he has missed.
