: The Malaysia International Tourism Expo 2024 - Pahang which is expected to attract 10,000 visitors is the best platform for industry players from home and abroad to highlight their tourism products.
He said the tourism industry is a major contributor to Pahang’s economy where last year more than 13 million tourists were recorded with an estimated expenditure of RM11.89 billion. “Besides, this expo, which will be held for the first time, also provides a business to business platform for tourism players in Southeast Asia and other countries to connect and foster cooperation with each other,“ he said at a press conference at the Tourism Pahang office here today. .
