TORONTO, April 16, 2024 — Flagship Communities Real Estate Investment Trust announced today a cash distribution of US$0.0492 per REIT unit for the month of April 2024, representing US$0.59 per REIT unit on an annual basis. Payment will be made on or about May 15, 2024 to unitholders of record as of the close of business on April 30, 2024.

Distributions paid to Canadian unitholders generally will be subject to U.S. withholding tax. Unitholders should consult their own tax advisors for advice with respect to the tax consequences of receiving a distribution from the REIT in their own circumstances.Flagship Communities Real Estate Investment Trust is a leading operator of affordable residential Manufactured Housing Communities primarily serving working families seeking affordable home ownership.
