The festival offers a wide range of flying exhibitions, including hot air balloons, skydiving, paramotors, drones, ultralight planes, and performances by the Global Stars aerobatic team at the old Legazpi City Domestic Airport.Aguas said the festival is open to the public but they need to secure tickets from the Ako Bicol office to contain the influx of people.'The people cannot get in the old airport without the ticket with a corresponding control number and stamp,' Aguas said.
