The Singapore Tourism Board has unveiled the Legacy Toolkit to promote sustainability and impact for Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, and Exhibitions events.

The toolkit contains case studies promoting legacy possibilities and is designed to assist stakeholders in understanding legacy and impact through a framework titled “FIRM”.Aggregated data from a national MICE Industry Carbon and Waste Baseline exercise in 2023 will assist the board in regularly tracking carbon emissions baselines forparticipate in international MICE tradeshows for carbon-neutral participation.

“Since the launch of the MICE Sustainability Roadmap in 2022, the Singapore Tourism Board has remained steadfast in our commitment to fostering a more sustainable and impactful MICE industry.” Yap Chin Siang, Deputy Chief Executive of STB, said. “We are pleased to share that the initiatives we unveil today will not only steer the MICE industry towards a more sustainable future but also provide tangible ways in which event organisers and planners can make a meaningful, lasting impact in Singapore,” Yap added....there are many ways you can work with us to advertise your company and connect to your customers.
