After six weeks and hundreds of hours of training, 443 new cabin crew are preparing to take to the skies with TUI. With 130 new pilots too, TUI UK&I now has a team of more than 4250 flying to 59 destinations from 23 regional airports.
The majority of the training takes place at TUI’s Training Centre in the East Midlands where recruits learn everything from how to safely pour a cup of tea to jumping out of an aircraft on a safety evacuation slide.
