Moxy is geared towards bringing affordable air travel to underserved communities around the US.The airline business is notoriously unforgiving. "It was a time when the legacy carriers were offering really bad service, their costs were ultra high, and they were just right for the plucking," Neeleman told us.Sadly, Neeleman's departure from JetBlue proved to be a painful one.

"I picked up the pieces, went to Brazil, and took 10 people from JetBlue with me," Neeleman said."Sometimes one door closes and another one opens and you can do a lot of good with that."
