A TRAVEL expert has shared her ingenious way of packing for a family of four into just one suitcase.

The mum-of-two teamed up with holiday provider On the Beach to show how you can cram 200 items for a family-of-four into a single suitcase.Her top tips include doubling up towels as play mates and using vacuum bags to flatten clothes.EXTREME PACKING She then uses different coloured bags for each member of her family's stuff, which she says helps people avoid over-packing.

To keep clothes to a minimum, she recommends taking items that can be used for both dressing up or dressing down.SUITCASE TIPS
