PUTRAJAYA: Tourism Malaysia aims to record 220 million domestic visitors with an expenditure of RM88 billion this year, said its Director-General P. Manoharan.

Speaking to reporters at the launch of the Cuti-Cuti Malaysia Madani Exhibition for Civil Servants at Alamanda Shopping Centre Saturday, he said the target had already reached 25 per cent as of the first quarter of this year.“To ensure these numbers continue to increase and achieve the set target, we will intensify tourism promotion activities across all segments of society.
