The picturesque pedestrian street leads up to St Stephen's Basilica in St Stephen's Square, one of the city's most popular tourist spots. Along the path, you will find a number of shops, restaurants and bars - as well as a great photo opportunity. In the winter, the square also hosts the city's popular Christmas markets. To venture to the Buda side, you can visit the Chain Bridge which stretches across the River Danube.
The streets of Budapest are full of cool murals as well as ruin bars - abandoned buildings transformed into bars with graffiti and plants among the décor. The original is Szimpla Kert, which also hosts live music and events throughout the year.
