The Chief Judge, who disclosed this on Tuesday in Abuja, said that the vacation is pursuant to the provisions of Order 46, Rule 4 of the Federal High Court Rules 2019. He said that the vacation will commence on Tuesday, the 23rd day of July 2024, and terminate on Friday, the 13th day of September 2024. Meanwhile, the three premier divisions of the court in Lagos, Abuja, and Port Harcourt will be functional for the litigating public to approach for matters of extreme urgency only.
