Presented by Buffalo City Tourism, the prestigious international surfing showdown will see over 100 elite athletes from around the globe come together in East London, from 28 June – 7 July, to compete in the acclaimed tournament that has taken place in some of the most acclaimed surfing spots around the world. Thousands of spectators are expected.
To start the wave of excitement leading up to the competition, there will be a meet and great at Vincent Park mall on Thursday, 27 June at 3 PM, where shoppers and fans will have the opportunity to meet some of the world-renowned athletes that will be competing. During the tournament, Vincent Park will have a presence at Nahoon Reef itself with an exhibition stand near the competition area.
Vincent Park is situated in the heart of East London, close by to the areas where festival goers will be staying including Nahoon, Stirling, and Bunkershill.
