Youtravel is cancelling bookings up to an including July 26 after its tour operator brand, FTI Touristik, filed for insolvency earlier this month.In a bid to 'secure its future', Youtravel confirmed that bookings made in the firm's system for arrivals up to and including July 26 will be cancelled without charge by Monday, July 1.If there are any issues, travellers will be informed over the next few days by the company they booked their holiday with.
"The insolvency of FTI Touristik GmbH has had a significant impact on Youtravel.com. Over the past three weeks, our management has been actively engaging with the appointed administrator of the FTI group and undergoing the M&A process to secure our future.
