TORONTO, July 05, 2024 — Evergold Corp. announces that the TSX Venture Exchange has agreed to extend the closing of the second tranche of its non-brokered private placement financing , first announced on May 21, 2024, to on or before August 5, 2024. Under the Offering, the Company may raise aggregate gross proceeds of up to $3,500,000 through the issuance of a combination of flow-through units at a price of $0.05 per FT Unit and hard dollar units at a price of $0.045 per HD Unit.
All securities issued to the Offering will be subject to a statutory four-month hold period. The closing of the second tranche of the Offering will be subject to a number of conditions, including without limitation, approval of the TSXV.
