Penang executive councillor Dr Afif Bahardin trained his guns on National Higher Education Fund Corporation chairperson Wan Saiful Wan Jan after it was revealed that loan defaulters might be slapped with another travel ban.
"I am of the opinion that if Wan Saiful is unable to defend Harapan's promise, it is time for him to consider his position in PTPTN as the chairperson of the corporation," he said in a statement.did not originate from PTPTN but stakeholders who met with the corporation."I would like to remind him that this PTPTN issue was a rallying cry for Harapan Youth in the 14th general election, where we galvanised youths nationwide so that PTPTN can find a better formula for the future.
Afif urged Prime Minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad to intervene as it involved Harapan's promise and the younger generation's aspiration.to improve study loan repayments.
Taking sides with the minority against the majority is the trademark of liberal leftists. Anwar Ibrahim and his gang of disputers will take sides with devils if it can help them achieve their political objectives.
You don't pay loan is the betrayal to the next poor generation who needs education unless you dont have job!
Then why ban bankrupts ? Both are loans defaulters
Don't pay loan is not only a betrayal, but of poor character as well. At least have the decency to contact ptptn & provide current employment status. Don' t keep quiet & buat tak tahu je..
Poor principles fr beginning all these unrepaid of Loan, my opinion was sdn't putting blame onto borrower's, it's absurd fr ban traveling. If criminal is OK on CBt case pending. There were many solutions but won't have the courage to applied.
Then why are bankrupts banned ? Both are loans default
Exco umno !!! Podaaah bangsat punye puak pencuri
So. Borrowing without paying back is legal? Got it. Where can I sign up.
