Serbia was crowned Miss Tourism Universe 2019. Other winners were: Azerbaijan, 1st runner-up; Bolivia, 3rd runner-up; Ukraine, 4th runner up: and Brazil, 5th runner-up.
Thirty-six delegates competed in the Beirut pageant. Tolosa earned the right to compete abroad when she became one of major winners of Miss Tourism Philippines held in Baler, Aurora in July. Amelia Sunio-Abarquez, chief executive officer and president of Miss Tourism Queen Worldwide pageant, said that Tolosa made a courtesy visit with Ambassador Bernie Catalla at the Philippine Embassy in Beirut after the competition.
Tolosa is currently taking up technical-vocational livelihood home economics tourism at Lyceum of the Philippines University-Cavite. She said she idolizes 2015 Miss Universe Pia Wurtzbach and wants to become a flight attendant or pilot.
