What's the diversity like among the flight staff? This flight can't be successful unless the max number of white staff is 1 and that 1 white person needs to be gender non conforming/gender neutral. Woman of colour must be the pilot. Otherwise the flight will be a disaster.
Just have a rotational crew. Once you're at altitude it's mostly autopilot. Long haul passenger bus lines have been doing it for decades. For passengers flying economy class, that's a whole different story. It's not healthy to be stationary/sitting down for such a long time.
