zhqi289 😥hoping she gets her chance to be with him before turning life support off...

Humanity is first . She should be allowed to meet her dying son.

I’m confused .. I understand her wanting to be there however I’m not sure why she would want to risk killing countless others

Very sad but we can’t risk everyone’s safety for you .

Surely the Australian government can issue an ‘act of grace’ allowing this mother entry into Australia so she can say goodbye to her son before it’s too late!

Mum granted visa so she can fly to Melbourne to see son on life supportChinese mother gets visa to come to Australia, despite the coronavirus travel ban, so she can see her only son who is on life support in a Melbourne hospital. How can you travel to Australia without insurance? How does immigration law allows this to happen? This should be number one requisite when coming here. Good. Glad that she can come in and see her son.

Travel ban prevents Chinese mum from seeing son before it's too lateBlocked from entering Australia due to coronavirus, a mother is losing hope of saying goodbye to her only son who is on life support in a Melbourne hospital. michaelfowler08 This is really sad...wat the mother would be going through with only child & without husband..☹️ michaelfowler08 So wrong. We were letting people into Australia, when in my ' public health ' brain, we shouldn't have been. Denying this mother now is cruel. Seems this is becoming the norm. michaelfowler08 What part of ‘quarantine’ don’t you understand?
