Dubbed as the National Travel Flowchart, JTF COVID Shield commander Police Lt. Gen. Guillermo Lorenzo Eleazar said it contains the answers on all the frequently-asked questions pertaining to local travels under all quarantine status—from Enhanced Community Quarantine to Modified General Community Quarantine.
A Travel Authority can be secured if a traveler would submit a Medical Clearance Certificate from the City or Municipal Health offices of the Local Government Units and other Department of Health-accredited hospitals and clinics; and, after coordination with the Local Government Unit-destination is done.
“In doing this, we hope to address confusion, misunderstanding and disinformation among our kababayan and guide them properly for their smooth travels,” he added.
