Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk urged travellers to expect significant delays and to reconsider their plans with border congestion expected to add up to three hours to travel time. We need to actually somehow remove Victoria from Australia and set it free to float around in the South seas. We can then send everyone who is positive with the virus to 'Victoria Island'. It's our only hope.
