Colvin is afraid that if he were to fly back to Canada within the next few weeks, he’ll be forced by the government to quarantine in a hotel instead of at home because he says he’s not sure he’ll satisfy the governments’ unclear definition of a “suitable quarantine plan.”

“Mr. Colvin is quite comfortably ensconced in a house on Saint Martin with access to a beach every day. So he doesn’t want to leave Saint Martin to come back and face arbitrary incarceration measures that have been promulgated by a government that clearly doesn’t know what it’s doing,” Rath said. But even if the mandatory three-day quarantine rule isn’t yet officially in effect, Colvin is asking the federal court to strike it down in advance because he argues that the government is already forcing some people without quarantine plans or recent negative COVID-19 tests into supervised federal sites.Article content

TheGrowthOp You call it incarnation, many call it a precaution that you are Covid free prior to going returning to the public. Confirming that the requirement to quarantine will be followed. Isupport your right to travel, now you need to support the requirements when returning.

TheGrowthOp He is fighting for Canadians... next time your civil rights will be taken away more easily for something else. Don’t let the Feds get away with this.

TheGrowthOp Not really interested in community health is he.....

TheGrowthOp Unbelievable entitlement.

TheGrowthOp Why was the travel to Saint Martin essential? Why did the complainant feel entitled to carry a disease out of, and back into the country to cause undue hardship to the public healthcare system? selfish

TheGrowthOp Forget about this silly talk; why doesn't anybody pay attention to discoveries by neurosciences & those of covid-19, how those inhale any smoking substances are at chronically inflected perils It's typical; gangsters in politics & pseudo markets harm their own citizens!

TheGrowthOp No one told him to make the trip

TheGrowthOp sorry, I missing something? Rich guy flies to his home on the island of Saint Martin January 24th at the height of a pandemic (NO non essential travel) and is SCARED to return because he may (well actually will) spend 3 days in a hotel Germany was mentioned also 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ Entitled
