'So you don’t want to give somebody a plan that’s not really a plan'

Tanaiste Leo Varadkar said he "felt really bad" about how many times pubs were told they could reopen during the pandemic.

Speaking on KCLR's The Bottom Line, the Tanaiste said: "I can give an indication, we have avoided giving a roadmap. As for international travel, Varadkar said that travel between the UK and Ireland will be the first step before the green-cert for European travel.
