Commuters in Watford wishing to travel by tube are likely to find difficulty getting into London.

Transport for London says that the Metropolitan Line has no service today due to strike action, while the London Overground has a reduced service not serving to Watford Junction.

Rail, Maritime and Transport union workers are taking industrial action over issues including jobs and pensions. The Abbey line is also facing unexpected delays this morning with all lines blocked between St Albans Abbey and Watford Junction due ot a"local operational issue".
