In a news statement, Tourism Secretary Christina Garcia Frasco “condemned in the strongest possible terms” the killing of Stacey, and extended her deepest sympathies to his family. She said she has “discussed the matter with Interior Secretary Benjamin Abalos Jr., who has assured the steadfast resolution of this matter.”
