Filipino-American actress Vanessa Hudgens is set to film a travel documentary in Manila and Palawan later this March.

, the documentary will showcase the relationship of Vanessa with her mom, who was born in the Philippines and emigrated to the United States when she was 25 years old.

"I feel like ours is such a relatable story to so many women all over the world," Hudgens said. "The more that we can share, the more we can lift each other up." Paul Soriano, the Presidential Adviser for Creative Communications, is currently attached to direct it. He will also serve as producer and executive producer.
