Revenue jumped to almost €70m as the firm benefited from the return of travel abroad

Losses narrowed at Irish-based Hostelworld last year, as the travel sector continues to recover from the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic.

The Dublin-headquartered company reported an operating loss €13.6 million for the year, an improvement compared to the operating loss of more than €31 million recorded in 2021.
