UKRAINIAN President Volodymyr Zelensky is due to meet Rishi Sunak in a surprise UK visit ahead of a major counteroffensive against Putin's army.
Zelensky will travel to Britain today as he presses leaders for more military aid as Ukraine continue their fight against Russia.It is just one stop on his tour of several European countries who are allies for the war-torn country. Zelensky wrote on Twitter this morning: "Today – London. The UK is a leader when it comes to expanding our capabilities on the ground and in the air."We will conduct substantive negotiations face-to-face and in delegations."
