CEO of Australia's peak body for travel agents Jayson Westbury fronted our camera's this morning after it emerged he'd said host Tracy Grimshaw "needs to be given a firm uppercut or a slap across the face".A recording of the comments, which were made at an AFTA webinar last Friday with about 100 people, was given toToday, Mr Westbury resigned from his position as CEO of Australian Federation of Travel Agents.

"I think that Tracy Grimshaw needs to be given a firm uppercut or a slap across the face, and I mean that virtually, of course, I wouldn't want to invoke any violence on anyone," Mr Westbury can be heard saying in the recording."I unreservedly apologise for that statement.
