People also have the right to health and safety. Permitting other Canadians entry for non-essential purposes puts that at risk. With a rural and dispersed population, NL doesn’t bit have the medical facilities to deal with a large outbreak delivered unto us by travellers. Yes, Quebec, I am looking at you. The travel ban likely kept the cases low in NL and saved people’s lives. I’m sorry for her loss, but it doesn’t give her the right to endanger other people. I hope the case is dismissed.

COVID-19 Travel restrictions inspire Canadian border communities to band together for groceries, suppliesIn co\u002Dordination with the Beaver Creek Community Club, the local White River First Nation planned a five\u002Dhour trip to Whitehorse and collected shopping lists from residents, prohibiting only cigarettes and alcohol Just remember, this sub human closed our border for no valid reason...⬇️. Sorry pro maskers and pro border closure idiots, if you can smell your fart through your pants no stupid mask will stop you from getting sick! Why can't Canada just annex those small communities? Still not clear on how closing a border makes any difference when the same virus is already on each side of that border.....
